I love my family and I love filmmaking but sometimes it can be difficult to commingle the two together. In my last blog, I mentioned that we are working on our first feature film. Our scriptwriter wrote a script that could be filmed almost completely at my house.

In June we finally started filming our first feature-length film. Truthfully we started before June, but the actual filming did not start until June. We have been planning this a couple of months before we started filming and the scriptwriter has been working on it even longer.

I’m sitting here poolside watching my two beautiful children with their swim teacher. Swim lessons are mandatory for my children, I don’t want them growing up like me, an adult who doesn’t know how to swim. Of course, my children don’t know that I don’t know how to swim, it is even a secret that I somehow managed to keep from my wife even after all of these years together.

I sat there, staring at the frozen yogurt in front of me, wondering why I even bought the damn thing; I mean, I don’t even like frozen yogurt. Now I have to ask myself, do I really eat this ice cream wannabe of a treat or do I just throw it away? Who the hell ever thought freezing yogurt would ever be an acceptable substitute for the true delicacy of ice cream. Some evil genius freezes yogurt and then boldly claims “I have a healthy alternative to ice cream!” and I’m supposed to be impressed; but still, I bought the damn thing, for some strange reason.

I. have produced this website for years promoting the film shorts that I have produced with my close friends. While I am very proud of our accomplishments I realize that this website does not give you any information as to who I am and why I love filmmaking I intend to fix this oversight.

Smelly Cat
I’m sitting here staring at the TV binge-watching Friends, laughing hysterically at Phoebe singing her staple song, Smelly Cat. “Smelly cat, smelly cat, what are they feeding you? Smelly cat, smelly cat, it’s not your fault”, I laugh until my cat, who is sitting on my lap, lets out the most foul-smelling fart and realize, that song is about my cat. How dare she insult my cat!
